Exchanges of Assets Are Governed by Integrity, Not Convenience.
We operate within the standards of international art institutions. As such:
All sales are final.
Due to the unique, collectible nature of each artwork, we do not process returns, refunds, or cancellations once payment has cleared.
Condition-based exchanges (rare).
Exchanges are only considered if:
The artwork arrives damaged due to transit,
The certificate does not match the asset,
Or there is a material error in the description.
Verified claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing protocol required.
A complete video recording of the unboxing is required for all claims.
This protects the collector and the institution equally.
Packaging must be intact.
If damage is identified, all original packaging must remain untouched until evaluation is complete.
