Certificate of Authenticity (COA):
Every artwork includes a COA containing:
Title
Artist
Medium
Dimensions
Edition number (if applicable)
Signature or official seal
Digital Registry:
Each certificate is paired with a digital record stored securely within our archival system.
Transfer Protocol:
When collectors sell or gift the piece, the certificate must accompany the artwork.
Updated ownership details are submitted to us for registry continuity.
Lost Certificates:
Replacement requests trigger a verification process.
A reissued certificate is marked as a “Second Issue” to protect market trust.
