Asset Care Policy

Preservation Is Cultural Responsibility.

Each artwork is a long-term asset. We provide guidelines for proper custodianship:

Environmental Standards:

Avoid direct sunlight.

Maintain stable temperature and humidity.

Avoid exposure to smoke, pollutants, or moisture.

Handling Protocol:

Use gloves when handling unframed or raw works.

Never place artworks on rough surfaces.

Ensure professional handling for relocations.

Storage Requirements:

Use acid-free materials.

Avoid basements, garages, and damp spaces.

Store vertically, never stacked.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
Only accredited conservators should clean or restore artworks.
Attempting amateur cleaning voids warranties, certificates, and future restoration agreements.
